How can I retrieve my password?
You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be sent to your email.
How can I order on mnzone?
You can order easily using our website “mnzonebd.com“. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, log in and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay through the “COD” or SSLCOMMERZ payment method.
SSLCOMMERZ is an automated payment gateway that supports various payment options. MNZONE Ltd. is merchant partner of SSLCOMMERZ. Your service will be instantly activated when you will pay via the SSLCOMMERZ payment method.
What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance (bKash, DBBL, M Cash, VISA/MASTER debit card, DBBL Nexus, and others ). We can manage the order manually.

What are the delivery charges?
All over Dhaka city corporation, our shipping cost for a single order is BDT100. Outside of Dhaka per order shipping cost is BDT150. For cash on delivery outside of Dhaka, you need to pay BDT300 as an advance payment.
We reserved the rights to change or negotiate the delivery cost based on the weight of the products.
How Do I Track My Order?
Can I Cancellation / Return / Exchange a product?
In case of problems with the product after receiving the product (such as broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, mismatch of the product with the image, etc.) you can get back the full value of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.
1) Within maximum of 48 hours after receiving the delivery, you have to mail to [email protected].com or register a complaint on (09638 577 577 / 01312001719).
2) In case of refund, the product should be completely intact with the box.
3) You must return the product to your mnzone office within 7 working days at your own risk.

How can I change the delivery address?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.
Where are the delivery areas?
Within Dhaka City (Dhaka North & South), we may deliver within 1(one) working day, in this case, the user needs to provide the exact delivery location along with proper instructions.
Outside of Dhaka City, it may take up to 3 working days.
We provide home delivery inside Dhaka; it depends on location and Outside of Dhaka city we use Third-party Courier services. The delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be followed by mnzonebd. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc
