Conditions for Returns:
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
In case of problems with the product after receiving the product (such as broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, mismatch of the product with the image, etc.) you can get back the full value of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.
1) Within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the delivery, you have to mail to email@example.com or register a complaint on (09638 577 577 / 01312001719).
2) In case of refund, the product should be completely intact with the box.
3) You must return the product to your mnzone office within 7 working days at your own risk.
Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If the number provided for contacting you is not active, an alternative number must be active. You must notify us of a refund for a refund. If we do not receive any of your cooperation within 15 working days by phone or email, we will consider your complaint to be settled.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Product will be delivered subject to order stock. Delivery of the product may take longer than promised due to unavoidable reasons.
2. After ordering the product, if refunded, the refund will be refunded within 10 working days.
3. mnzone reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for unavoidable reasons, even after order confirmation. In case of advance payment, refund information (Development No. / Rocket No. / Card No. and others) and if you do not accept the product after courier for product delivery, the product will be refunded within a maximum of 10 working days after the product is returned to mnzone’s office.
4. For products that have a price tag on them and for some reason the price of mnzone is higher than that, in case of the extra price you have to register a complaint by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the extra value you paid will be refunded within 10 working days via bKash or Rocket.
5. Cash payment is not available for refunding any payment, the customer needs to provide a valid payment method to receive the payment.
6. The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
7. The refund period/process starts when mnzone has processed your refund according to your refund type.
8. The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.
mnzone will process your refund according to the following refund types-
1. Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
2. Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
3. The refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.
Product change process:
Check the product while the delivery man is there, and pay the delivery man.
No complaints will be accepted, and no product change or return will be made after the delivery man leaves. If there is any problem, call the number (09638 577 577 / 01312001719) while you are the delivery man.
We also have an exchange facility but you have to claim it within 24 hours. The following things must be properly explained to the delivery man during the exchange-

Return & Refund policy may vary from product to product. Please read the policy of individual products before placing an order.
In the event of products damaged during the transportation, delivered the wrong product, size, and color, the Customer can refuse delivery of the damaged products by defining the reasons of refusal on the delivery time.
UPON RECEIVE OF THE DELIVERY WITHOUT ANY REMARKS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION.
From this moment, the Customer may not request any refund or replacement of the delivered products.
